

Every person visiting Stratford Golf Club must registor and pre book under Covid Alert Level 3 Rules
Level 3 Playing Conditions Stratford Golf Club
The following conditions will apply and anyone not following the rules will be asked to leave or reported to the police.

All visitors and members intending to visit the golf club whether playing or not must register to enable contact tracing if required. Please see registration and booking details on our website @ www.stratfordgolfclub.org

A required condition is that we must be able to control access to the course to avoid large congregations. You will therefore be required to prebook your playing time before coming to the course. No booking no play. Please see registration and booking details on our website @ www.stratfordgolfclub.org

You must arrive ready to play and leave the facility immediately after play.

Play is only possible for those playing alone or within household bubbles. Do not arrange to meet anyone else to play. Work bubbles will not be excepted

The clubhouse and toilets will be closed to everyone (only available to be accessed and used by essential staff on site).

No scorecards will be physically issued prior to play nor returned after play. Dot Golf Kiosk and Printer will be disabled.

No scores will be accepted by the NZG handicapping system at Alert Level 3. Scores can be kept using the dot golf score card app

Players must maintain a minimum distance of at least two metres between themselves and other players on course.

The practise green is not to be used to avoid congregations ( See rule 3)

Equipment cannot be shared.

No Stratford Golf Club Golf Carts will be available for hire during Level 3.

Greenkeeper has right of way. Please respect his social distancing.
