Due to somebody unplugging the kiosk in the clubhouse which drives the card printing. No cards have been printed for three days. It is disappointing that even though there is a phone number on the wall to contact should you require assistance. No one has made contact bringing it to our attention. It is also disappointing that someone has written on our instructions instead of contacting us. Although we know who that person is, we will not be pursuing the issue further.
Dot Golf will be rectifying the issue next week and making the printer operate off the outside kiosk to avoid this happening again.
