t weeks win Clay Millar is on a roll leading the 1st round of the Rutherford Memorial played on Sat. 27th. Millar scored 42 points with 4 players, D. Banham, C. Merson, M. Cook & B. Rawlinson, all in the hunt with 41 points. Next round is Sat 5th March. Will the Mako pull it off or will he get his fins clipped. Just who will snatch victory next week is anybodies guess. Will these leading players be able to keep there form heading to Wairaki in two weeks time? They'll be hoping so.

In pennants, the team found the going tough at Inglewood on Sun 28th, going down to Manaia 5-1. S. Downs scored the only point with a good 5/4 win
