As per advertised in the daily news we are having a Special Meeting to address a number of items in the constitution. Some of these relate to the financial side of the club and one point in particular relates to the dissolution of the club for funding purposes.

We have set the special meeting for 6.30pm on Monday March 21st.

Agenda: To discuss and amend the following areas of the constitution: Auditing/Assuraance on financial statements, Dissolution of the club, Membership categories and Subscriptions and Bylaws

We ask that as many members as possible attend this meeting to address these issues.
