Found this gentleman having a spot of trouble in the weekend. I'd say it had a flow on effect with his round as well. Not so for his playing partner Don who shot a 74 to make him the leader of the first round of summer cup.
The first round of the summer cup was played on Saturday 4th with good scores returned by most players.
Don Shearman is the 1st round leader with a net 64, followed by Brian Daysh on 65, and Charlie Downs and Mike Willis on 66.
Twos’ were scored by Mike Walsh and Tony Cawley who had three.
Second round is this coming Saturday
