Hello Everyone
Well the new season is underway. Club Captain Murray has a full program planned for the year and is busy planning tee times for club competitions. If your not receiving his texts please ensure your contact details are correct in Dot Golf. or email the secretary@stratfordgolfclub.org. You can go to the NZ Golf website and login with your membership number to update your details. Or if you have never logged in before make sure you register first. NZ Golf also have a great app to see how you are tracking after each round. If your still having trouble contact the club for assistance.
Reminder that subs are due the 31 Jan unless arrangements have been made with the Treasurer. If you haven''t received your invoice for this season. Again make sure your contact details are upto date or check your junk and spam folders in your emails. New Season bag tags have arrived and will be available at the bar this Saturday onwards for those that have paid their subs.
With all the golf thats been played at the moment we are noticing an increased number of unrepaired pitch marks. A pitch mark if not repaired within 24 hours can take up to three weeks or longer to heal and leaves scarring on the surface. If your not sure how to repair a pitch mark properly watch the included video or visit the link below. The Club has pitch repairers available for purchase at a small price.
