The finalists have now all been found for the weekend after Jordan Anderson def Peter Smithson 7 & 6 and James Smithson def Jamie Anderson 5 & 4 to give us our final match in the seniors.
This Saturday at 8am the Junior match of Chris Merson vs Brian Daysh will lead the way followed at 8.10am by Brad Gibbons vs Mark Burling in the Intermediates, last off in the 36 hole event at 8.20am will be the Senior final of Jordan Anderson vs James Smithson.
The Roy Wills finalists Derek Trigg and Brendan Gernhoefer will tee off at 11.30 in their 18 hole final, I'm still looking for a ref for this match if anyone is keen to help please let me know.
Be great if the members choose to follow around the groups and give them some support but a haggle will be running for those that just wish to play which will be an American Stableford, a brief explanation goes as follows; A player records 4 points if a birdie is scored on a hole; 3 points for par; 2 points for bogey; 1 point for double bogey. Points over the 18 holes are totaled; then the player’s playing handicap is added to that total. E.g. Total points 42, Handicap 10, Score = 52. Winner is player with most points.
Don't panic if you can't work it out just record what you score on the hole and Dot Golf will work it out on your behalf.

PS If in the haggle be mindful that all finals matches have right of way so you must let them play through, no exceptions, for those of you who didn't know the lucky draw was struck on Saturday and Mike Brown deservedly won the $120 after teeing off early and hanging round all day till the draw was done.
