QUEENS BIRTHDAY WEEKEND UPDATE

The weekend brought tough conditions but most were able to play without getting wet. Saturday and Sunday were quiet days and Monday a bit more lively.

On Monday we held an event with a twist which encouraged good numbers of players to enter and have a good day. Scoring in the alternative format was difficult at times but most seemed to master the event. Our thanks goes to all those members and committee for their help in running the day. It is this type of assistance that makes events of this type successful.

A quick reminder, please repair your divots and pitch marks.

Spedding and Ennis qualifying this coming Saturday. Nett - top 16 move into Spedding, bottom 16 to Ennis. Both cups are 2 round combined nett.
