Strokeplay Champs

Last Saturday the annual Lions Charity 2 person Ambrose was held and once again it was a well run tournament by Henry Morton and thanks to all the members and visitors who came to play, I have attached a list for you all to pour over, top 14 made it to the prize table.

This Saturday sees Strokeplay Champs kicking off over 3 rounds with the Armstrong Cup up for grabs in the first round with best gross of the day,

Seniors and Intermediate’s will be off the blue tees and the juniors off the whites, Snrs +5~10.1, Int 10.2~17.1, Jnrs 17.2 ~ 50.

Each round there will be a haggle that will be a nett comp so play out your holes and remember there are absolutely no gimmies in Strokeplay, no exceptions.

There is also FedEx points up for grabs and they will be allocated in each of the 3 divisions to keep it fair.

Weather looks good so bring your A game lads and let’s get it on.
