Top Dog/Under Dog

The semi finalists have now been found and will do battle this week to see who plays in the two finals, the suprise package of Graham Christie and Matty Balks match up against quiet achievers Graeme Bishop and Barry Knowles in one semi, on the other side of the draw it's a battle of the heavy weights both off and on the course judging by the banter flying around in the clubhouse with Jono Erwood and Choppy Drummond scrapping it out with Gonzo Merson and Pistol Pete Shearer in the other semi.

In Under Dog the young guns Lachlan Drummond and Cullum May take on the wirily Michael Taylor and the fast-improving Simon May in one semi whilst the other sees the two seasoned campaigners Terry Johnson and Shane Ngataierua up against the two young stallions of Nick Callingham and Duncan MacDondald.

All the matches promise to be belters and hard to pick a winner from any of them, for the rest of us this Saturday there will be a Nett haggle.

Saturdays Haggle was won by Michael Walsh followed closely by Matt McDonald and Murray Cook with Tony Cawley, Tracy Stuart and Ollie Campbell making it to the prize table

Comps coming up once Top Dog is done and dusted is the FedEx final on October the 15th followed by the Labour Day 2 man 2 day Ambrose on the 22/23rd of October so get your entries in for the Ambrose as entries are limited.

Nov 5th is 100 Club and for those involved in it last year you will be receiving a txt asking for you to confirm your entry as spots are limited to 100 and we have new members wishing to pounce on any unwanted tickets.

Finally it looks like another wet week so for those matching if it is too wet the following Saturday is a spare day and we happy for matched to be played then
