Rules Simplified - Can I?

So with all our new members out there enjoying the golf at moment thought it a good time to skill up on our rules for new and old. So I've add a rules category to our members forum where I will be adding simplified interpretation of the rules every week or so as time permits. The forum is in the members only area of the website but once you have access anyone is able to add or comment on a post. So if you got a question on a ruling feel free to post in the forum area and if we dont know the answer we will get advice from someone who does.
